About Jeff Van Harte

A financial investment and securities professional for more than 40 years, Jeff Van Harte is an investment generalist with investments in diverse industries and businesses. Jeff Van Harte is also a member of various boards affiliated with his undergraduate university, California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). This includes the President’s Roundtable, the College of Business and Economics Dean’s Advisory Board, and the California State University Fullerton Philanthropic Foundation (CSFPF) Board of Governors, where he has been both the chair of the board and chair of the Finance and Investment Committee. He has served as a Governor of CSFPF for longer than a decade, though his term expires at the end of 2024. Jeff Van Harte is passionate about philanthropy, especially as an alumnus of CSUF. He uses his entrepreneurial and investment success to support and mentor the students, especially regarding security analysis and investment strategy. He donates to various high-impact programs and frequently gives lectures and keynote speeches to the students, faculty, and staff, providing one-on-one mentorship, supporting students in competitions, and supporting various campus centers and programs such at the Center for Oral & Public History, the Center for Leadership, the Center for Entrepreneurism, the Center for Healthy Neighborhoods, the Guardian Scholars Program, and Division 1 athletic programs such as Golf, Baseball, and Softball.
